Box not starting up

Plugged box in but stuck on starting up screen. Solid blue and flashing red light showing. How can I fix?

it depends how this can be fixed if there are issues or there is fault then the box might be showing offline or once the virgin team have examined the box for tests if anything is shown then there is problems or if nothing comes back then its down to box causing a fault in someway

Hi the best & quickest way is to phone 150 from a virgin phone or 0845 454 1111 from any other and go down the Tv faults route they can check the levels while you are on the line and if necessary arrange for an engineer to come to you.Regards Micky
