Hi - Our Virgin tivo box is stuck in a boot loop.
Its been going slow for a few days and this morning just wouldn't load up.
Can someone help?

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that your box got stuck in a loop
I'm glad it's come back online however taking a look at the box, your downstream power levels need some adjusting.
We'll need to arrange for an engineer to come out and take a look and what's going on. They will also adjust the levels so things should hopefully calm down with the TiVo®.
