Blue screen

keep having to reset my TiVo box to get rid of the blue hue to the reduced quality picture.

do I need an engineer?

Faichers the blue screen how you getting the blue screen I'f it's nothing to do with the box then its not a fault with tivo but if the box is showing as fault then team will test the box but you can try the TV box settings via help pages on tivo or its the TV and not the tivo box from jonni

Hello faichers,

 

Thanks for posting this, just before we get someone out do you have another device you can plug into the TV just to ensure it's the Virgin box causing the problem?

 

Also it's always worth checking all the cables are secure and even replacing the SCART or HDMI cable with another just in case it's faulty,

 

Please let me know how you get on and I can arrange a technician visit.
