Hi, 

Im absoulutely furious with my service i had numerous phone calls and messages left so when i finally got hold of you after 10 attempts they said it was due to my bill. I then explained that i had recently had some VERY VERY serious family problems and that i would pay the full amount of the bill on the 8th of july when i recieved my wages as i currently do not have a penny to my name, then to which the young mans reply was "ok that is fine we will keep your services running until you make a payment on the 8th of july" and im now absoulutely furious to find out that they have disconnected my services and i have tried to contact numerous times on the 30th of june which was yesterday and i have not been able to get through please can someone help me

Billing matters cannot be discussed on the forum due to DPA but normally Virgin don't give a grace period when you pay your bill the service will be restored
