I recently joined Virgin Media and have not yet paid my first bill. Today I received a letter stating that my bill will be going up on 1 November, is this correct as it doesn't make sense to me.
Just got in from work and found a letter from Virgin stating my bill will go up by £3.49 a month!!
I only had it installed 5 weeks ago.
What happened to the 12 month contract I signed? I agreed a price and that's what I expected to pay.
What can be done to negate this highway robbery?
Give the Retentions team a call, they discounted my price rise.
Call 150 and select the 'I'm thinking of leaving' option.
