Tivo starts buffering after a few minutes while watching Netflix or BBCi Player - any suggestions?

I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the apps buffering. I will be happy to have a look at this for you.
I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and all is looking great signal wise and there are no network issues present.
Can you please let me know if you find this happens at certain times of the day and also if a reboot fixes the issue (Even if it's only temporary).
