I have been able to access your account via your Forum details and run testing to your equipment and the results look good. I'm not seeing any hard-drive or signal problems at the moment and there are no outages reported for your area.
Please let me know if you are still having a problem with this and if you have noticed problems with any of the other apps, recordings, or general programme viewing.
