On some programs the voice is out of sync with the picture, if I put the Tivo box on stand by and the wake it up it is OK until I change chanel

I'm so sorry to hear that you're having some issues with your TiVo® having some sound issues, and I'd also like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'd love to help.
I've done some checks on your connection, and can see that the TiVo® is reporting an issue with the hard drive, so I'd like to arrange for a technician to call out and investigate further.
