Area 14 DN5 loss of demand, catch up & red button

CS text cancelled engineer saying network problem, but it's not listed and no time to fix given.

Can any mod give me a time frame and hopefully this time apply a credit for loss of service. 3 days and counting.....

Sorry to hear you're experiencing a loss of On Demand.

 

I would just like to confirm if there are any error codes or messages relating to this fault and which box it's affecting?
