App temporarily unavailable

Hi can anyone please help, my apps don't work it says currently unavailable A01 when I press the red button..thankyou

Thank you for coming in and posting your comment.

 

I'm sorry to read about the apps not working here, that error message does indicate this. I've been checking a few things here and everything is looking well. I;ve got a few tips here to try if not already:-

 

  • Try and reboot the box.
  • Try connecting the box to us  through this flow, >Help & Settings > Settings > Network > Connect to the Virgin Media Service now.

Get back to me when you can.
