Performed a self install of a replacement TIVO box, had to contact support because installation stalled and was told was on wrong wavelength which they corrected. A week further on and service still not 100%, on selecting Catch Up or On Demand App Temporarily Unavailable appears with error code A01 and tells me to contact UNKNOWN !!!!!! or for more info to visit UNKNOWN !!!!!!!
Search & Discover option throws up an Unexpected Problem and error code C501 again telling me to contact UNKNOWN at UNKNOWN !!!!!!
It appears that there are no apps available to me because neither the Help facility nor the Apps & Games work.
Any help to resolve these issues would be welcomed.
