Another Netflix buffering to 25% issue

Hello Tech  team

Please help resolve this issue.

Just subscribed to Netflix and it only loads to 25% and then nothing. I can see form these forums that this is a common issue and hopefully VM will resolve it promptly

FYI device I have tried are:

  • a new Samsung Smart TV
  • Oppo Bluray player
  • TIVO
  • Laptop

Very frustrating so please check my power/ upstream and downstream settings to see if any faults are present.

I get that sometimes on the Netflix app on my Samsung Smart TV and that was with Sky (I've only just switched to Virgin). If you're using the app on your Smart TV rather than the one on the TiVo box then it's a problem with the app, not Virgin. Then again, if the app on the TiVo is a port of the same app that's on the Samsung TV then it could be an inherent fault in the code.
