Am I no longer valued

Been with Virgin Media from the start and pay a fortune each month. Had a loyalty bonus deducted from my account each month that ended November 9th. When I phoned and asked what would replace this I was told nothing. As you no longer appear to care about your loyal customers ( you advertise great deals for new customers) perhaps it's time I moved service. Very dissapointed!!!!!

Phone back and say you're going to sky. That tends to focus them a bit more. I got a very good deal doing this.
