Whilst going through Recording Hiccups (see my previous post), I noticed some episodes of Castle, which I had previously set as a Series Link+ and then cancelled. I saw that it showed Account Closed as the reason for not recording. When I pressed info, it says "This show will not be recorded because your Virgin Media Service Account is closed. To activate a new payment plan go to virginmedia.com/help/tivo"
What the hell is this about? I'm fully up to date on all payments and have never missed any payments. The channel concerned is Alibi (Castle is on various channels), and it is part of my package - in fact I'm watching it now!
