ANGRY

had a private message from one of your guys/girls

about arranging engineer to fix my tivo box.

i sent time and date, and account no as requested.

the date has now past, still no answer, whats going on !!

Also, internet speed down to 10mb , should be 200mb

the phone line is the only thing that works properly  !!!

why am i still paying you money ??

YOU SHOULD BE PAYING ME FOR STAYING WITH VIRGIN !!!

(WHICH  I WILL NOT BE FOR MUCH LONGER)
