I'm very sorry to learn about the the A01 error on the TiVo box. I've been looking into this and looks like there's a need to call in on 150/ 0345 454 1111 to check the TiVo's been setup correctly. I've also got some additional information that would require an engineer due to some power level issues on your broadband.
