Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you were experiencing this error code when trying to use the Catch up or On Demand service.
We were experiencing an issue on Friday which would explain this, however I believe this now to be resolve.
Could you please let me know if you're still experiencing an issue.
