A01 Error When Trying To Access Netflix Or YouTube

Had a new Virgin Media TiVo box installed yesterday and since the install keep getting error A01 when trying to access Netflix or YouTube.

I've rebooted the box and checked the connection and there are no connection problems.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue viewing some apps on your TiVo®. 

 

Checking your account I can see that your TiVo® is looking a little ill and could do with a visit from an engineer. The SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) levels are off and the are quite a few errors being thrown up.
