Thanks for your post and apologies to hear that you are having an issue viewing some apps on your TiVo®.
Checking your account I can see that your TiVo® is looking a little ill and could do with a visit from an engineer. The SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio) levels are off and the are quite a few errors being thrown up.
