it is most frustrating that none of the 7400 threads explain what a 7400 error IS, what causes it, and what the best fix is,
mine has cleared for now, but seeing so many search results hits for 7400 has me worried that it will reoccur, unpredictably.
can we please have an explanation- surely it's not a huge trade secret ?
