7400 notice on screen

i have ended my contract and account is disconnected but how do i get sorry there is a problem moving captions off the screen

Thanks for posting. 

 

Yes if you have disconnected from our services then you wouldn't be able to use the Virgin box anymore so a message like this on the screen is normal. Have you signed up to another provider as they should now provide you with your TV service.
