7400 error

Hi there, I have an issue with my TiVo I only have channels 1-5 and a sign floating around saying there's a problem also has a code 7400 in the bottom corner of this message can you help thanks

This means your TiVo is no longer active on the cable network, usually because it has been powered off for some time. You will need to call in to get it re-activated.
