7011 error please help

Need help with my new TiVo box I received it yesterday all ok until check list keeps sticking on ip stage saying 7011 error I phoned up this evening talked to lady which told me to un plug the internet cable out the back of the modem and reset my box but still having the same problem please help 😬

Welcome to the community.

I'm sorry to hear the V6 box isn't working for you.  I will be happy to help check this out for you.

Can you please confirm that you have checked the leads are plugged in securely?  Especially the thick white lead, if this is loose, this can cause problems.
