New to this, so please bear with me. I had a my Tivo box replaced today due to various reasons. Engineer advised to leave it for a while for updates, which I did. When I have come to start it up, it wasn't switched on at the back. I have turned it on, and updates started until it got to IP configurations which then came up with an error message 7011.
Is this normal, does it rectify itself? I have tried to call the number specified but I just stay on hold. Finding it quite frustrating.
