7011 Error Message

Hi,

New to this, so please bear with me. I had a my Tivo box replaced today due to various reasons. Engineer advised to leave it for a while for updates, which I did. When I have come to start it up, it wasn't switched on at the back. I have turned it on, and updates started until it got to IP configurations which then came up with an error message 7011.

Is this normal, does it rectify itself? I have tried to call the number specified but I just stay on hold. Finding it quite frustrating.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Welcome to the community and I'm sorry to hear this has happened with your TiVo® box. 

 

I have located your account to run a few tests and the box looks like it's back online so please let me know if there's still any problems as I may need to arrange another technician for you.
