6179 error code

We keep getting 6179 error codes when using OnDemand. Re-booting the box several times eventually gets rid of the error but the continual error is very frustrating. Any suggestions on how to resolve?

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error frequently when using On Demand.  I'd like to help check this out for you.

I have carried out some checks from here with the box remotely and all is looking fine so far network wise.  Can you please get back to me with the following information so I can investigate this further:

* Does this happen when you order HD and/or SD programmes?

* Does this happen anytime of the day or do you find it will happen at certain times of the day?

* Does the error pop up when you order the programme or during viewing?
