I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error frequently when using On Demand. I'd like to help check this out for you.
I have carried out some checks from here with the box remotely and all is looking fine so far network wise. Can you please get back to me with the following information so I can investigate this further:
* Does this happen when you order HD and/or SD programmes?
* Does this happen anytime of the day or do you find it will happen at certain times of the day?
* Does the error pop up when you order the programme or during viewing?
