I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error when using On Demand. I will be happy to have a look at this for you. I will need some further details so this can be raised to our fault teams. Can you please reply back with the following:
* Name of programme. (Series and episode if applicable or date programme was broadcast)
* Channel it was ordered from.
* Was this programme in SD and/or HD? (If it was HD, did you try the SD version instead?)
* What time did you order this programme?
* What path did you take via the On Demand menu to order this programme?
