I'm sorry to learn about the On Demand not working atm. I can imagine you're just about to watch your favourite show and out of nowhere it rears it's ugly head.
I've had a look into the TV service and can see a detectable issue on on a box there in the home. The internal modem is having some Snr, (Signal to Noise Ratio), problems which would certainly contribute to problems you've identified.
