6096 On Demand not working

This hasn't been happening all weekend for some programmes.

 

Not good enough for the small fortune I pay monthly.

 

I have tried a system reset twice and there are no reported network faults.

 

****Please help or refund****

Thanks for posting and bringing this to my attention. I'm very sorry to hear you're getting the error code 6096. I appreciate this is frustrating as you just want to catch up on your favourite shows.

 

I've managed to locate your account to run some tests. At the moment I'm not detecting any signal issues but I'm only able to test one of your boxes as the others are showing offline.

 

Which box are you having the error code on?

Could you please keep this powered up for us to test?

I'm sorry to learn about the On Demand not working atm. I can imagine you're just about to watch your favourite show and out of nowhere it rears it's ugly head.

 

I've had a look into the TV service and can see a detectable issue on on a box there in the home. The internal modem is having some Snr, (Signal to Noise Ratio), problems which would certainly contribute to problems you've identified. 

 

I'd like to help remedy this by sending out an engineer. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little red envelope near the top left of the page.
