6093 error

Hi
I'm getting 6093 error for on demand, tried 3 reboots, then on demand disappeared altogether...service status saying fine! Help

Hi there 1stephx, 

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you've been experiencing an issue with your On Demand service. 

 I've done some testing on your TiVo® this morning, and I'm not seeing any issues being reported, all levels seem to be fine at the moment. 

Are you still experiencing this issue?
