Only been a Virgin customer for a couple of months but from the start recording 4HD results in a pixelated picture, it's fine watching the channel but recordings are wonky. I have tried a restart of the box several times and it's fine on all other channels.
I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing pixelated picture on some of your channels. I'll be happy to help look into this for you.
I have carried out some checks with the box remotely and there is a signal issue that needs taking care of by an engineer. I can see you have contacted us and have an engineer appointment arranged which is great to see.
