Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand service recently.
I've been able to locate your account using your forum information but I've not been able to contact your set top box to run tests on it unfortunately.
How are things working for you at the moment? If you're still not been able to get access, are you noticing the issue occur on certain content providers? Or at certain times of the day?
