3004 Message

Had this message since first thing this morning, have taken card out several times, including turning box off at mains but message still there!

Any ideas?

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm really sorry to hear you're getting the 3004 error message.

 

I've managed to locate your account. I can see you've already contacted the team regarding this and have an engineer booked out soon to resolve this. It won't be much longer until you're back watching your favourite shows.
