2nd Tivo Box

I have 2 Tivo boxes, one of which I do not use. My question is, am I being charged for the second box, if so can I return this?

If the 2nd box is active (ie. connected to VM's network & you are able to view channels on it), then you are paying for it. Ring customer services & have it removed from your account. Even if its not on your account anymore, it should be returned to VM as its their property.

nodrogds advice is correct, you can also check your service by logging into your My Virgin Media and taking a look at your packageMan Happy
