Have connected second TiVo box after phoning for activation. -keep getting error code 7011. Had phoned but an engineer is not available until next Wednesday. Is there anything that can be done before then?

I've had a look into the TiVo boxes and I can see an issues right away, so sorry about this. I have been able to see that the box is not connecting to the network and would need an engineer. I've sent you a 'Private Message', you can find this by clicking on the little purple envelope near the top right of the page.
