I'm sorry read about the Netflix buffering at 25%. When you've mentioned a number of times this has been happening, I would like to ask if this is happening in the evening and also is there a particular show/s that this exists with?
I've also noticed that one of the boxes in the home aren't reporting to the network, do you have any turned off at the time of my message?
Still got the 25% buffering (six times) whilst watching two films last night. i have tried all the suggestions given regarding ongoing fault but nothing works.
Surely in this technological age it cant be beyond the capabilities of Virgin Media / Netflix to find a solution & fix this, or are they only interested in taking our money for a shoddy service and don't give a damn?
