25% !! Ahhhhh

Right I googled help with Netflix not loading beyond 25% !! And this goes back to 2014 ! **bleep** . We watch two series last year with no issues what so ever ! now watching a series and having loading issues to 25% every day why ???? If this persists I will leave VM having been a loyal customer for over 10years ! Calling VM or Netflix is no good as they both know about this problem !! How can I get this resolved ??? Thanks

I'm very sorry to learn that the Netflix hasn't been as it should be, I'd like to help. 


I have been looking into the services and it looks like the box may have been turned off during my tests. Can you tell me if the box was turned on say a few minutes before this message?
