Hi, I have tried posting results using the CMD prompt but seem to be having numerous issues COPY & PASTING the results, no idea why it wont work. Though the results were poor.
Due to that I have completed several tests again via SPEEDTEST.net & PINGTEST.net (Websites your Q&A reccomend) with everything on my laptop turned OFF other than the connection. So no Antivirus etc etc.
Time tests completed between 2300 - 0000 on the 8th November 2012

Ok so differing results eh! Strangly i seem to be getting a decent PING tonight but my DL speeds are really suffering.
As mentioned before i am paying for a 60mb connection.
So now here are the results from the same timeframe on PINGTEST.net using the reccomended server.
So there you have it, High levels of JITTER which is not acceptable, add to that the levels of PING. On my PS3 the results are worse and i have tried the DMZ method. As for other applications, Downloading can be VERY SLOW, YouTube on my current connection should be called YouBuffer etc etc etc
I dont see what benefit i will get from you sending me a new Superhub, though i would appreciate that to be delivered via an engineer who could do a complete check of my network and installation as something just isnt right if you insist on sending me a router.
If you do send an engineer, could it be at least an engineer who is really keen to fix the issue whatever it may be as the last 2 did not fill me with any confidence what so ever and left me without the slightest bit help...thus i ended up back on the phone. After that waste of time ive come here...My last resort!
I have been patient with this but i dont feel im getting what im paying for, add to that the recent increase in my VM monthly bill (another matter i know) leaves me a very unhappy customer. The sooner this can be sorted the better.
EDIT: Why when i use speed checkers does my speed jump to 40-60mb in asecond...then goes back to 1-10mb for the rest of the test..Even using VM's internal test tool?

I have checked the network segment to which your equipment is connected and there does not appear to have been any problems over the last three days, although your upstream power levels are bordering on the high side.
Can you keep an eye on these and post their values the next time you are suffering any issues.
