I have been having the problem of downloads stopping during peak times. If they don't cut out, then they tend to be very slow. I'm on 60Mb/s and normally see about 15Mb/s downloading files late afternoon/evening. Things seem to be worst on Sunday evening. I'm in the L17 area of Liverpool, Aigburth.

Just tried the Superhub in modem mode and now it seems to be alright.. so could it be a problem with the software? I know it's recently been upgraded..

Hi, thanks for the reply. I was using a wired connection both times but found that the connection only dropped when the superhub was set up as a router. As a modem it seems to work just fine. I'll try a firmware reset and let you know, thanks.

I'm not sure how to do a firmware reset - all I can see is an option to reset to defaults or load a saved piece of firmware which I don't have. Can you help?

Hi Trillion,
Did the reset resolve the problem for you?
