I am sorry to hear your having slow speed issues there.
I have checked your connection and the UBR which handles your connection is suffering from high utilisation. We have already raised this to our network team under fault reference F002071625.
We are unable to commit to a specific date for resolution at the moment but we hope to have the required works to resolve the issue completed by around the beginning of April pending a new network design for your area and planning permission from the local council amongst other things.

For a week now, we have been having the same problem.
super slow internet, i can barely open one website at a time.
Instead of the usual 20mb we are getting 0.5mb.
I really dont see why we should pay 30 quid for that- its almost worse than having no internet.
