engneer came out and fixed my power levels (they were to high) but i still have the same problem and the router shows the same errors as last week - so there for i don't think the power levels were the problem in the first place
im reading all sorts on these forums is there a problem with your network ? i rather be told the truth than no its your end... ect ect and if so is there a fix date for this ...

Hi stevieuk,
Although your local power levels are all now well within the acceptable parameters I can see that you are affected by drops in SNR (signal to noise ratio) on the upstream channel your modem connects to, this would cause the intermittent drops in connection as well as drops in broadband speed. This issue is currently with our Network team who are investigating a fix. The reference for this issue is F001661331. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing you.

Hi Stevieuk,
This issue has been marked as resolved, and I can see that the Signal to Noise Ratio on the section of the UBR which handles your connection has been much heathier for the past few days. Can you please confirm that the issue is no longer occurring?
Thanks
