only thing letting me down is the upload speed will this go up when my area is upgraded?

If you recently have just been upgraded the Upload speed will increase shortly after.

I have checked your connection and it appears that your modem is switched off. If so, then please switch it on and let us know so that we can run some tests.

If the modem is already switched on then please phone technical support (150 from a Virgin Media landline, 0845 454 1111 from any other phone) to arrange an engineer visit.

Hi sawubona,

Are you still experiencing the high ping times? Can I ask if you are connecting wired or via wireless to your router at the moment?

Is this happening at any particular time of day if it is still persisting?
