i am having 50 mbps broadband connection in old bedford luton and paying monthly 41 pounds.But, unfortunately getting below average speed,at the same time i called several times to get the good speed and they have given a word to resolve the router problem in the beginning of the november.Still our situation is too pathetic and no one is reponding.The main concern is that in my house we are using just 2 laptops and could not acess even youtube also.So you can imagine our situation clearly and please rescue us asap.

Don't make a new thread to try and grab attention, that won't work here, broadband forum queries can take from 4 days or more to be answered to.
Also edit your last post, and take out the account number you have there.
Best you stick to calling on the phone if you can.. If you are not getting the service you feel you should be getting get a refund for the months you have lost to it all.
EDIT: It is obvious you are not giving 2 hoots about what you posted before, be it on your own head if your account number is misused somehow.
