Hello Paulosio,
I've identified a fault on your local chassis related to high upstream utilisation. This has been escalated to our network teams and I will post back shortly with a fault reference.

Hi Foster1bob,
Are you wired or wireless to the router?
on 09-12-2010 16:49
Hi I'm wired to the router

Hi foster1bob,
The router you have had supplied is a N router fully capable of handing our 50meg service via a wired connection. Have any advanced settings on the router been changed? Have you set a guest network or any QoS rules?
