Well i have a major update that the inform faults gave that is was sorted was wrong. Also if you call it cant be found because for some reason it not on the outage system. The reason it not on the service status page is because it needs to be on there to be on the outage system also. Now a nice guy who spent over 2 hours with me to find it confirmed there is a network fault and i have got the name of the senior enginner in charge of the fault. Obviously i cant give his name out on here but the technical support advisor confirmed he emailed the senior enginner and the technical support advisor comes in at 2pm tommorrow and will call me. No point in calling virgin media as the information is not in the right place. Thanks to the technical support advisor persistance or virgin didnt know what to do. So i would say wait till tommorrow i will give you a further update
