To cabsandy my upload speed is 9mb download speed a little slow but that is expected. Nice to see virgin show up on here. Also guys make sure you chase your comp

Hi thanks scott that was nice of you to say, glad to be able to help, but my download speed now seems less i was getting 90mb/s before now getting between 30mb and 50mb keeping a eye on it

Looks like the problem has been fixed - After near on 2 weeks and the most frustraiting customer service i have ever experienced i am glad this has finally been resolved. Thanks to all on here for their efforts - without which i'm sure we would still be on the phone trying to convince Virgin there has been a problem.
