Iv'e just recently moved from my Ambit300 to the all singing all dancing Super Hub!
But have noticed since moving over that I now have these issues and Iv'e switched to modem mode.
Instant web loading
Pages dont always load and require 2/3 refresehes
Not very reliable
anyone else have these issues ?

Im using Moedem mode connected directly to device ( pc ) some times web pages fail to load or just time out really frustrating

The UBR which handles your connection is currently suffering from very high utilisation, particularly at peak times. This has been raised to our network teams. Please check back in a few days for an update.

So does that mean there is a fault ref? and an estimated fix date.

They'll let you know the fault number and estimated fix date in a few days. They have to await a reply from the networks team.

The design/planning team have to decide what to do. Its not simply a case of a network tech visiting a box adding a bigger amp and bobs your uncle no more problem.

I see I was just wondering what the design team did hope it gets sorted soon as I cant be doing with dropped sky calls and slow internet at peak times. I look forward to your response about the issue and ill check back within the next week or so.
