Hi TheMagus,
As you are aware I've had a look into your issue and I can confirm that we do have some intermittent spikes in utilisation during peak periods.
This isn't yet of a level we can raise for priority work to be carried out, but we'll monitor the issue, and should it develop, we'll get it raised as soon as we can.
Apologies for the inconvenience this causing.

Hi Ralf,
Thank you for your response albeit it is a perplexing one.
I am suffering (like many other aggrieved customers on this Forum) from an acute problem of network overload. VN euphemisticly describe this as a network utilisation issue.
The network fault has been readily acknowledge by your call centres and home engineers since October last year and the date for fixing it keeps slipping . The latest estimate for the fix is 22nd Feb..
I was unaware that you had looked into my issue.
Can I please ask you to look again and confirm to me that the known network problem is not simply being monitored but is actively being fixed by a network capacity upgrade consistent with assurances I have already been given.

Hi TheMagus
I have just checked your connection and network segment. Everything appears to be OK at present and there do not appear to have been any network problems recently.
