I keep getting these 'TEK Invalid - Invalid Key Sequence Number' messages in the modem's log. Around the same time the internet drops out (kicking me from Skype or any online games, very annoying!). I find rebooting the router or leaving it a few minutes solves the problem but it's still very annoying when it happens several times an hour!
Any ideas for a quick fix or do I have to endure VM's phone support?
Can't help you with the main question. But as to if you phone them up? No. Use the newsgroup. You get to talk to people who actually know their butt hole from their elbow. Infact, they are very helpful and seem to know their stuff.
