Some Website Down Again

I am unable to reach many sites though some things seem to be working ok. I am unable to get to the My Virgin Media pages for example to see if there are any faults or not, but going to the www.virginmedia.com homepage is fine. I am in Edinburgh.

It is strange as I can make IMAP connections to my work mail server fine, but I can't access any work websites or ssh to my desktop at work.

Having problems in Hampshire, can receive emails via Outlook but can't access Google, MSN using Chrome or IE Can get on this site but cannot access Service Status pages , can't get through on 150 either! Can access some web sites from my favourites but not many....what is going on?

Also I don't recommend rebooting your modem since they are having problems authenticating/accessing TFTP servers and others.
