Harry_Bond - I know when things aren't going your way it's frustrating and waiting for a response can seem like it takes forever, but you need to have more patience. If what pippincp says is true (Every time someone replies to your thread it gets moved to the bottom of the queue for Virgin Media to look at) then every time you message here trying to bump the thread is just extending how long it will take.

3-5 days does seem a bit much but considering the amount of issues I've seen posted here and how some of those issues can take a long time to solve, I'm not surprised there's a queue. If you want faster support times then I suggest you use the technical support officially provided by Virgin Media over the telephone - this is a community support forum if I'm not mistaken.

adding or bumping posts used to push the thread to the bottom of the queue - it was [supposedly] changed a little while ago - there is still a wait time which varies - currently seems to be about 5 days
