i did not mark it as solved even the help phones lines were too busy to ansewr my call did not even put me on hold because they were to busy from people complaining

Sorry to hear you have had trouble with your connection.
I have checked the part of the network you are connected to and there are no service affecting issues.
There are no over-utilisation issues, FEC errors, and the Network SNR is good.
I have checked your modem and the power levels etc are all well within recommended specifications.
You mention that you are using a wireless connection and that adjusting the settings does help, does the issue issue occur when on a wired connection?
