Problems with disconnection and power levels!!!

Hi,

I hope I will find help here.

First of all sorry for my language.

I have got a problems for long time now. We sharing our 50m connection with my brother. In total we have got 4 devices connected to the super hub. 2 ethernet connection and 2 wirelles.

Unfortunately we have got frequent disconnections, internet is very slow or sometimes there is no connection for a few minutes. Also sometimes we can not connect wiressly with the router and only reset of hub is helping.

I checked a power level:

I phoned a virgin a few times, someone also came and change a super hub for the new one and they have installed a new cable from steeet box to our house, but this didn't sort our problems.

I lost completely a power to fight for a better service!

I'm hoping somebody can help me on here. Can anyone check my power levels?

And maybe let me know what the problem can be with a dificultiess to connect wirellessly.

For all help and advice huge thanks!

Re: Problems with disconnection and power levels!!!

your downstream power is to high and could do with being lowered by a local engineer.

2 ways to get this done

1) Wait for a forum admin to reply (3 to 5 days normally) and they can book you a engineer.
2) Call VM on 151 from your VM line and inform them of the power levels and they should book you a Engineer.

If you book a Engineer over the phone please post here to let us know so a VM tech dosn't waste time sorting this for you.
